FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS AND CYCLING PATIENTS-EFFECTIVE June 2014
Maintaining high level quality care that fertility patients deserve and need has become fiscally challenging given the current OHIP schedule of benefits.
Therefore, effective June 2014, Cycling patients will be charged $350 annual block fees paid upfront or by installments at $100 per cycle up to $400 total annually (regardless of cycles number).
The Block fees include orientation, support and teaching materials, emergency calls/phone consultations and after hours services It also includes letters to employers or insurance companies, repeating/calling in prescriptions to your pharmacy. The fees also include emergency services for early pregnancy complications until 12 weeks gestation.
